I cook because food is how we come home to ourselves. I was born in France in 1985, raised between two languages and two tables, the precision of French stove work, and the warmth of an African table where nobody eats alone. Somewhere in that crossing, I learned the only rule I still keep: cook so that whoever eats feels seen. A quiet kitchen, a sharp knife, one honest plate, that is where I find my own calm. So this is the invitation inside everything I make. Slow down. Taste. Be present.
